The Submit a Question tool is no longer available.

To ask a question, log in to your account in the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) and click the Contact Us link at the top of your landing page to open a customer service case. You can also find the Contact Us link in EPC under the Actions tab. You can upload attachments to any customer service case or request.

To submit a request (SPIN change, service substitution, appeal) or file a program form for FY2016 and forward, click the appropriate link at the top of your EPC landing page.

To submit a request for FY2015 and previous funding years, click the Contact Us link to open a customer service case in EPC. Be sure to identify the funding year and the type of request.

To submit an invoice deadline extension request for a Funding Request Number (FRN) for any funding year, click the Deadline Extension link in the BEAR Form. Applicants log in to the online BEAR Form directly, and service providers log in first to the E-File System to access the BEAR Form. To submit a bulk request, click the Contact Us link in EPC to open a customer service case. Be sure to identify the case as an invoice deadline extension request and include the list of FRNs you want to extend.
